My daughter used finger nail polish of all colors to paint rainbows on my brand new carpet! This worked for us: First take a NON acetone (acetone eats the carpet!!!) nail polish remover and apply it to q-tips or cotton balls. Scrub in a circular motion. Repeat with a new q-tip until gone. Then, take a white rag and bowl of warm water with a very small amount of dish detergent. Scrub the spot with the warm water. Rub with a dry cloth. I couldn't believe it actually worked and didn't ruin my new carpet! Good luck! How do you get finger nail polish out of your floor it's been their for a day and a half under $50 3-27-09.?
If it's not big then try taking a pair of clippers or sharp nail scissors and clip it out..it's fast, simple, easy and really won't show.
Polish remover if its tile, carpet,if it is wood be careful of the finish, cheap in any store
doubt it will come out sorry
