at the very end of my finger, right before my nail, they are these little white things that peel up and hurt and bleed a little bit when your pull them off. They are very annoying and I just want them gone. if you know what I'm talking about please try to help me.How to get things off the top of your finger nail?
it sounds like your cuticle to me... don't pick at them, let them heal and then see a manicurist to push them back and trim them for you so it doesn't bother you anymore =)
